Stars' real estate assets listed on site

Lee Soo-man, Yang Hyun-suk andSeo Taiji

Lee Soo-man, founder and chairman of SM Entertainment, Yang Hyun-suk, chief producer of YG Entertainment, andSeo Taiji, a singer, topped a Chaebol.com list of celebrities who own the highest-priced properties in Korea.

Chaebol.com is a website that provides financial information on local businesses.

Lee owns real estate in Cheongdam-dong, southern Seoul, that is said to be worth 65 billion won ($62.9 million), while Yang's properties in Mapo District, northwestern Seoul, are valued at around 51 billion won.

Seo's buildings in Gangnam District, southern Seoul, and in Jongno District, central Seoul, are estimated to cost 44 billion won. Among female celebrities, actressJeon Ji-hyeon, of the SBS drama "My Love from the Star", owns the most expensive buildings in Nonhyeon-dong, southern Seoul, and Ichon-dong, central Seoul. They are worth a combined 23 billion won, according to Chaebol.com.

Actorkwon Sang-woo, star of the ongoing TV drama"Temptation", also owns a property in Bundang, Gyeonggi, which has been appraised at 18 billion won.

And the price of one building in Yeoksam-dong, southern Seoul, which actressKim Tae-heeof the SBS drama"Jang Ok-jeong"recently purchased, is 14 billion won.

Chief producerPark Jin-youngof JYP Entertainment also owns 9 billion won worth of property in Cheongdam-dong.
