Stellar ordered to pay double contract fee to cosmetics company for breaking contract clause

Cosmetics company 'A' has won their suit against the old and current members ofStellarand their labelThe Entertainment Pascal.

'A' had signed a contract with the Stellar members in July 2016. However, the members posted about other cosmetics products on their SNS, and the label sued them for breaking the clause of not promoting other cosmetics company's products during the length of the contract. Stellar's label had argued, "The two company's products have different customer bases and cannot be called rivaling companies. Also, you cannot say personal actions are advertising another company's product."

However, the court thought otherwise sentenced The Entertainment Pascal and the members to pay double the amount that they had been paid for being the models.
