After the news thatJulien KangandYoon Se Ahwould be leaving the show and thatJung Inand Jo Jung Chi will be taking their place, a news media accidentally made a mistake on Jung In's name and reported that Jo Jung Chi will be joining the show with Kangin, instead of his girlfriend.

The typo ('KANG In' instead of 'JUNG In') had everyone initially confused about the show's potential first ever male-male couple, and eventually drew laughs as they realized the mix-up. It even drew Kangin's attention as he responded to the sudden news on Twitter, writing, "I'm going to be on 'We Got Married' again? Kekeke. Jung Chi hyung, Jung In noona, sorry. Kekekeke", while also sharing a picture of the screen cap of the article.
