[ASKKPOP] Tablo reveals he was passed over for a feature by Yoo Hee Yeol in favor of Dynamic Duo

On this day, Tablo's guest wasKim Ye Rimwho featured in Yoo Hee Yeol's album along with various other prominent vocalists and rappers. After listening to "Pianissimo," the song she featured in, Tablo revealed that he was also asked to participate in the album but then was passed over forDynamic Duoalong with otherAmeoba Culturerappers.

Tablo stated, "Truthfully, I almost featured in Toy's album as well. Yoo Hee Yeol hyung asked me to participate. He insisted that I write all the lyrics (to the track) as well. Then, he asked me of what I thought about the melody and when I told him about my thoughts, he declared that I was a 'genius'."

He continued, "When he sent me the guide track for the song that I was supposed to feature in, there was already a rap part in it. Dynamic Duo was rapping in it. So when I asked Yoo Hee Yeol what was going on, he responded, 'Don't worry about that. You're going to be rapping all of it anyways.' But how can I not worry when it was Dynamic Duo?"

Tablo then revealed that Yoo Hee Yeol had chosen Dynamic Duo's version in the end after he had been writing the lyrics to the song for over two days. He said, "I was writing the lyrics for two days while trying to ignore Dynamic Duo's voice but Yoo Hee Yeol told me (after), 'Okay. You're right. I think I will just go with Dynamic Duo'."
