Taeyang goes solo in United States

Taeyangof boy group Big Bang will perform in San Francisco, the United States, according to his agency, YG Entertainment, yesterday.

He has been invited to sing at the Music Experiment 2.0 event, hosted by MTV Iggy and Intel, to play at a club named Bimbo's 365 and meet with fans on Tuesday.

AlthoughTaeyanghas previously performed at concerts in New Jersey and Los Angeles as part of Big Bang's world tour, this will be his first time playing solo in the United States.

The event is organized by Intel and will be the second edition since the company launched the concert series last year. Intel hosts concerts by emerging artists so that fans can get the chance to connect with them in person.

Empire of the Sun, an electro group from Australia, and Disclosure, an electro duo from Great Britain, along with many others, have performed at the event so far this year.
