The court has denied Son Seung Won’s request for a conditional discharge for his drunk driving case.

Son Seung Won is unlicensed drunk driving accidents and jewelry actor Son Seung-won (28) receiving the escape charges were dismissed. The prosecutor had four years in prison. 

On the morning of March 13, the first public hearing was held after the rejection of the jury's allegations of drunken driving of Seungwon Son and the escape prison under the specific crime punishment punishment law. 

Son Seungwon entered the court with a number of suits like the last trial. It was due on the 11th of last month that he had a jewel bill interrogation date but was dismissed. 

Son Seung - won showed a dark expression all the time in court. He was shown a deeply submerged voice with a face that seemed to be acknowledging and reflecting on his charges. 

On this day, Son Seung-won's lawyer submitted Son Seung-won's petition as an additional submission. 

As before, there was no further legal argument by Son Seung-won, and the prosecution was punished by four years in prison. 

On the other hand, Son Seungwon was arrested on December 26, 2004, at 4:20 am on the road to Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for allegedly taking another car from his father's car and escaping without action. Son Seung-won's blood alcohol level at the time of the accident was 0.206%, which was the license revocation level.

In a police investigation, Son Seung-won was reported to have refused to take alcohol, making false statements that he was driving the actor Jung-whi. Son Seung-won has already had three drunken driving powers, and it was announced late last year that his license was canceled because he was caught driving drunk last September. 

Son Seung Won has been accused of felony and dangerous driving injury, the drunk driving and the unlicensed driving under the Road Traffic Act under the Act on Special Criminal Punishment (Special Act).
