The lead actor for the Korean remake of BBC’s “Luther” has been revealed!

Actor Shin Ha-kyun has confirmed the Korean version of Luther, MBC said on February 2. 

The BBC drama 'Luther' was first shown in 2010 as a criminal investigation that depicts the death of even a mysterious genius woman, a psychotic passion, It was produced until season 4. 

Shin Ha-gyun was a seasoned criminal and a lonely detective, standing on the border of good and evil. It is John Luther, who plays actor Idris Elba in the original. Shin Ha-gyun's return to the theater is only two years after the TVN drama 'Piribuin Manai'. 

MBC production team said, "Luther is a remake drama to be produced by MBC in its own way. It will be a more attractive work by dissolving Korean sentiment in the depiction of the original investigation." In particular, "Woo Tae Suk" "I am looking forward to receiving the attention of viewers with another human attraction from 'John Luther.'" 

'Luther' is scheduled to air this winter.
