These Are The Outfits We Can’t Stop Thinking About in BLACKPINK World Tour “In Your Area”

’m sure all of us spend hours watching tour videos of our favorite groups, dreaming about the day we get to see them live. The loud music, the lights, our favorite idols, the crowd… and the stunning outfits.

We’ve all envied an idol’s wardrobe and, how not to? What idols wear on stage is a subject we could talk about for hours, and trying to pick just a few favorite ones is a very hard task, but someone’s gotta do it, right? BLACKPINK is currently on their way to conquer the world this year, and they’re doing so while looking flawless, rocking the stage with outfits we just can’t get out of our heads. Sequins, jewels, high boots, matching sets, fringe, glitter… they truly wear it all during their stages for their “In Your Area” tour, and while all of their outfits are simply glory, here are some of our absolute favorites.

JENNIE – Half Suit

There is a little bit of everything in this look. The glittery silver belt/suspender, the oversized white shirt, the corset, the black tie. This is one of those cases when more is more, and we love it. A mix between sexy and bold, this is for sure one for the books.

The Swalla Look

An iconic moment deserves an iconic outfit. Who would’ve thought a simple fringe top and tight black shorts could turn into such an epic look? With Lisa’s performance of “Swalla,” not only have we got a viral moment during the concert, but an outfit that will remain in our minds forever.

JISOO – Black Sequins Set

I don’t even know where to start with this one. There’s a duality in this look between the sweetness and the sexiness that perfectly represents Jisoo’s personality: the best of both worlds. Embroidery, sequins, and sheer get together to build a look that has already turned into a Blink’s favorite.

ROSÉ – Pink Iridescent Dress

Without a doubt one of the most iconic outfits during the tour. Rosé’s pink, wavy dress is not only fun but also multifaceted, as the iridescent material plays with the lights on stage while the lightweight fabric gently moves as Rosé dances around.

LISA – Red Sequins

Is there really anything Lisa can’t pull off? Covered in red sequins and glitter from head to toe, she shows up on stage wearing a set not everyone could make look this good. With over-the-knee boots framing her kilometric legs and a one-arm sequin blouse, this look is definitely one to give Lisa a medal for.

JENNIE – Rainbow Fringe Dress

While Jennie likes to change her outfits for “Solo” in every country, there’s one that’s just glorious: the fringe multicolor minidress she also wears in the MV. It’s not only about the way it changes colors depending on where Jennie is standing, but also the way it moves while she performs. A definite piece of art.

OT4 – Pink Suits

It’s a powerful image to start off the show: the girls show up on stage at the very beginning wearing matching light pink suits covered in silver jewelry, as if they’re warning us we’re in for a ride. All of them carrying a different design but under the same concept, these are the perfect way to welcome BLINKs to the best night of their lives.

Encore Merch

Not gonna lie, there’s something about encore stages that makes me wanna run and get all the merch for myself, and BLACKPINK is no exception. The T-shirts they wear at the very end of their concert — sometimes with simple shorts, sometimes with plaid skirts — are a fan’s dream. Easy to combine, simple yet tasteful, there’s a reason why they sell out in a matter of seconds whenever they go on sale.
