TopTenKids' top sales after launching 'top sales' in May

The SPA Kids brand 'TOP TEN KIDS', which is being developed by Sinseong Trading, reported sales of KRW 1 billion in the first week of May, and it has topped its highest sales since its launch. 

According to Top Ten Kids, first-week sales in May rose 130% from the previous year. It is one step closer to achieving the annual sales target of 45 billion won in 2018. In 2017, annual sales were W15bn. 

An official from TopTenKids said, "Even though the first week of May is a period of high consumption in the kids' market that leads to Labor Day, Children's Day, and alternative holidays, it is unusual to record top sales in the summer season rather than the winter season.". 

An official said, "Graphic T-shirts, girl leggings, linen cotton shirts, linen pants, etc. are very popular and have a high sales rate." These items play a major role in boosting sales. " 

The top ten kids distribution network has 60 stores nationwide on May 1, starting from Shinsegae Hanam store, and expects to open 100 stores this year. This is more than 230% in 30 stores last year.

From this year onwards, TopTen Kids has expanded its target age range from 3 to 14 and has released a variety of sizes from 100 to 160. The backpack, which was tested in the second half of last year, plans to launch a large-scale expansion by the end of this year.
