It has been confirmed thatSong Hye GyoandSong Joong Kiwill be playing the lead roles in upcomingKBSdrama 'Descendants of the Sun'! Talk about an A-list cast!

The drama is said to be a blockbuster melodrama about a love story between a young soldier and a doctor in a foreign land as they learn about the value of life.

'Descendants of the Sun' will be co-written byKim Eun Sook, of 'Secret Garden' and 'Gentleman's Dignity', andKim Won Sukof 'Queen's Classroom'.
