WINNER share their thoughts on the ending of 'Bandalland'

The members ofWINNERshared their thoughts on the ending of theirJTBCreality program 'Bandalland.'

In a July 18 interview withSports Donga, WINNER unanimously agreed that 'Bandalland' was "a time of healing" for them, and relayed their wish for the kids on the show to remember them.

Kang Seung Yoonsaid, "I was so sad to part from the children because we had grown so close. I'm so thankful toward them for putting their trust in us. Thanks to the little ones, it feels like we've regained our innocence. I was so happy that we were able to go to the ocean like Yeo Joon wanted."



MemberLee Seung Hoonadded, "Upon hearing that Ji Woo respects 'mojassam,' I thought that I should seriously take responsibility [for the kids], and when I was teaching Seo Yeon to ride the bike, I really felt like a father."


Nam Tae Hyunchimed in, "Because I'm typically really reserved, I was very worried [about doing the show]. I started to gain confidence when Ha Yool started to follow me and I learned how to better converse with the children."

Minoalso communicated what he took away from this program, saying, "I will definitely never forget how touched I felt when we held the birthday party for the 'Bandalland' kids. I miss the playfulness of the the 'samgongju.' I hope that when we meet again, they would be the same as they are now."


Kim Jin Wooconcluded, "Though it's been a while since filming concluded, I can still vividly recall the memories I made with the children. The night classes, and even the family visits were all happy memories. I'm just sorry that we couldn't do more for them. I hope that [the kids] will not forget us."
