Ladies' Code memorial concert

Ladies' Codehonored the memories of the late membersRiSeandEunBwitha special memorial concert held in Japan this past August 22. The crowd broke down in a sea of tears as Ashley,Zuny, andSojungemotionally belted their hearts out to a tribute song titled "I'll Smile Even If It Hurts." I'm sure RiSe and EunB are watching out for the rest of the girls in a better place.

Tao sues SM...and also gets his photo card placed everywhere

It was bound to happen, even thoughEXO-L's probably didn't want to believe it.Tao, who departed fromEXOafter a near three-year tenure, hassued his former label SM for the nullification of his exclusive contract. Sadly enough, now it looks like there is no hope whatsoever for the return of Tao to either SM or EXO. 

SM, who so tirelessly tried to hang onto Tao's tailcoat, may finally be ready to let him go...or that's what one may guess afterseeing the random photo cards of Tao that popped up in Super Junior and Girls' Generation albums. No one will ever know if this whole awkward situation arose from a bumbling mistake by SM or if the label intentionally placed photos of Tao with the goal of ridding of all the spare Tao paraphernalia.  

Lay talks 

Lay, now the sole remaining Chinese member in EXO, opened up about the other members who are now doing their own thing over in China. Ever the good sport, Lay wished only the best forKris,Luhan, and Tao, saying that he will give them his blessings as long as they are happy. Lay also assured that he will "continuously work hard" on his own path, implying that he will not be following in the footsteps of the former EXO members. 

Kim Gu Ra divorce 

Kim Gu Rais known for his bitingly caustic and blunt remarks on TV but there was nothing caustic or blunt in his letter to the public concerning the divorce from his wife. After 18 years of marriage,the comedian announced that he and his wife have decided to end their relationship with a consensual divorce. Making such a life-changing decision was likely took a harsh toll on not only Kim Gu Ra and his now ex-wife but also their young sonDonghyun. In the letter, Kim Gu Ra resolved to focus on the upbringing of his only son and take responsibility for his ex-wife's debts. 

Taeyeon breaks down in tears

Taeyeon broke down in tears on 'Channel Girls' Generation' talking about a certain good friend in her life. Thought she didn't specifically mention who this special friend was, people are guessing that it may be one of the GG members, namelyTiffany. Others guessed that the good friend may beHeechulorJessica. This good buddy of Taeyeon must be really good to her for her to cry like that! 

Gary & Song Ji Hyo

Is the ship becoming canon?!  The 'Monday Couple' of 'Running Man' has not only beencaught smooching(okay on the cheek) but alsoholding hands. D'aww. This could either be a publicity stunt to raise 'Running Man' ratings or what all fans and shippers have been waiting for!  Hopefully it's the latter?  Either way, they're just too cute to handle.

CL receives an apology

Kim Jin KyungandHwang Jae Geunwereaccused of subtly dissing CL's appearance on 'My Little Television,' sparking criticism from netizens who did not like their rude behavior. They quickly apologized, but people wondered if CL got wind of the situation andmade her own remark via Instagram.  It's hard to tell if she did or was just teasing her upcoming music release like some fans speculated, but it causedmore people to go to Kim Jin Kyung for questioning. The agency kept mute about the controversy specifically, choosing to change the topic toward 'My Little Television' instead. 

YG Entertainment addresses "break-up"

Previously,Mizuhara Kikopost something on Instagram that had eyebrows raised. Did the alleged coupleG-Dragonand Kiko break up?  For good?  Some rep claimed that the two had been on and off for quite a while butfinally decided to go their separate ways as they were too busy with their own work- but hey, the break up supposedly happened with them on good terms.  This rep's statement gained momentum to the point YG Entertainment had to step up to address the breaking up of a couple that was never confirmed anyway!  The rep was probably just like, "What. Am. I. Doing."

GG in an accident

Another minor car accident this week… No matter how small the incident was, fans are getting sick of all of this because each time, their heart rate spikes and for good reason. Luckily, Girls' Generation came out of the small rear end collision with the car in front of them without a scratch!  Let's be more careful, please...

'Show Me the Money 4'

Awww yeahhh,the drama that is 'Show Me the Money 4' has now come to a close- with a plot twist to boot.  Of course, there are spoilers so proceed with caution.  Although most seemed to have thoughtWINNER'sMinowould be the nextYGrapper to take home the crown, it was none other thanBasickwho wowed the crowd and earned himself the title of 'Show Me the Money 4' champion!  Good job to both - it was an epic finale for sure.

Lee Kuk Ju on anorexia 

Lee Kuk Ju and Kim Gu Ra were tempted to walk off the stage of filming (or so they said - mayhap lightheartedly)because they could not handle listening to a young middle school girl talk about her dieting and actually wanting anorexia- say what?  Listen to Lee Kuk Ju's advice and try to go for a healthier way of warding off weight like eating moderately and exercising. Please. Just please...
