“What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim” is gearing up for its final episode

With just one episode left to go, the hit tvN drama has successfully maintained its position at the top of its time slot. According to Nielsen Korea, the show’s penultimate episode on July 25 scored average viewership ratings of 7.1 percent and a peak of 8.4 percent nationwide.

Not only did the drama continue to take first place in its time slot across all channels, including public broadcast networks, but it also remained in first place with the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored average ratings of 5.6 percent and a peak of 6.8 percent.

On the latest episode of the drama, Lee Young Joon (played by Park Seo Joon) struggled to come up with a romantic proposal idea after Kim Mi So (Park Min Young)’s father declared that he wouldn’t consent to their marriage without one. In the end, however, he managed to find the perfect way to propose to her, and Kim Mi So teared up as he fell to one knee and asked, “Please fall asleep by my side every night. Will you marry me?”

The finale of “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim” will air on July 26 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
