Global fashion brand UNIQLO, along with fashion magazine cosmopolitan, conducted a survey on lifestyle trends and everyday movements. The survey, conducted by UNICRO and Cosmopolitan in April this year, commissioned Big Dipper, a big data analysis specialist, to 1,000 men and women ages 20 to 30.

The survey revealed that 2030 lifestyle trends that prioritize individual happiness and small pleasures of daily life, such as "Worlab", "Yolo", and "Cattle Run", have been influencing fashion trends. 

According to the survey, 60% of the respondents answered that they are satisfied with the current lifestyle, while 82% answered yes to the question of whether they want a more lifestyle than the present. It can be seen that the 2030 generation is going out of monotonous life and seeking happiness through various activities. In their twenties, 'Yoolo' (64.5%), which emphasizes their happiness, and 'Worl val' (57%), which pursues work and life balance,

The lifestyle values ​​of these 2030 generations had a great influence on the correlation between daily joy and movement. "Movement" refers to all activities that voluntarily move, such as various hobbies, not limited to exercise. Eighty-one percent of respondents answered that they needed a lot of activities such as travel, outdoor activities, leisure activities, and clubs for daily fun and vitality. More than half of respondents (55%) answered that they needed more movement in their everyday lives, and about half (55%) answered "to improve their quality of life." 46%).
