[ASKKPOP] ZEST's members Choigo and Duksin officially leave the group

The boy groupZESTdid not have their best year in 2015 as they faced rape allegations from a woman, who was also reported to be a former idol. In the end, the accused ZEST member was found innocent.

But there's some more bad news. It's been confirmed that membersChoigoandDuksinhave officially left the group.

Their agencyZenith Entertainmentreleased an official report announcing that the two had left and ZEST will continue on with three members.

Official report:

Hello, this is Zenith Entertainment. 2015 is already coming to an end and we are about to meet a new year. How have we been ending this year?

We apologize for delivering some sudden news during the warm weather at the end of this year. We are officially reporting that Members Choigo and Duksin have left ZEST.

We deeply apologize to everyone who has been loving ZEST for delivering the official report late.

Early this year there was an incident that hurt and affected all of us, but the involved member was proved to be innocent. We did everything we could so that it was resolved well.

We proved that that we were free from suspicion. After this, in order to resume ZEST's activities, we made sure of the member's safety and we talked a lot internally so that the members could practice more.

In the end unfortunately, Choigo and Duksin decided that they were unable to continue activities, as they received a lot of hurt in their young age and were skeptical about entertainment promotions.

The company respected the directions [decisions] of both member's, and we amicably ended our discussion. There were a lot of things that needed to be resolved internally and so the official report was pushed back a lot.

On our company's side not too long ago, we received the content of the news and heard that the incident was resolved well, and we will support [one another] until the ending date comes.

Through this official report, we sincerely thank all of the ZEST members who endured well through this hard time and the fans who protected them. We hope that you will support Choigo and Duksin with their future.
