2018 SORIBADA Best K-Music Awards will be held on August 30

The original sound source platform Soribada meets the music fans around the world with the largest awards ceremony in the country.

SORIBADA said on August 20 that "2018 SORIBADA BEST K-MUSIC AWARDS (2018 SOBA) will be held on August 30th."

At the awards ceremony, they will select the best K-pop and K-pop artists that have been aggregated through its own data, online and mobile voting. The organizers said, "Fairness will be the top priority and we will select the winners."

At the awards ceremony, a variety of genres such as rapper, trot singer, and the like will be attended by the top-class idol who leads the Korean wave with K pop. 

The 2018 SOBA, a month earlier than the '2017 SOBA' on September 20 last year, is expected to give music fans a different look at the "off season" awards. The awards ceremony will be further upgraded in terms of scale and stage composition.

"The event will contribute to the spread of K-pop Korean pop music by planning a music festival to enjoy together with a variety of events and colorful performances of K-pop artists, beyond simple awards ceremony."

We are also interested in holding '2018 SOBA' overseas. According to the organizer, inquiries about overseas broadcasting are continuing. Last year Soribada promoted social networking service (SNS) in 8 languages to 200 countries including Korea, and made an explosive popularity by publicizing the awards ceremony video and promotional videos. It is still available in some countries.

Meanwhile, '2018 SOBA' will be hosted by Yibas, the largest Korean agency in Korea, and will be hosted by SORIBADA, which is the center of Korea's digital music market.
