“The Undateables” Sees Slight Rise In Ratings Amidst 2018 World Cup Coverage

SBS’s “The Undateables” saw a small increase in viewership.



According to Nielsen Korea, the June 20 broadcast brought in nationwide average ratings of 3.3 percent and 4.4 percent. Overall, it was slightly higher than its previous broadcast, which recorded 3.5 percent and 3.6 percent.


Its normal KBS and MBC competitors did not air in lieu of 2018 FIFA World Cup coverage. MBC’s “Come and Hug Me” will be airing as normal on June 21, but KBS will not be airing a drama until next month. KBS’s most recent drama “Suits” ended on June 14, and the next drama “Your House Helper” will be premiering on July 4.

One of the highlights of the June 20 broadcast included how Choi Joon Soo (Choi Tae Joon) confessed to Yoo Jung Eum (Hwang Jung Eum). While she expressed that she already had someone in her heart, he simply replied that he would still pursue her.
