JYP Entertainmentstated on April 6,"Recently, a lawsuit was filed against 38 netizens who left malicious comments. Afterwards, we'll be monitoring the situation.'According to the JYPE rep, netizens have been spreading rumors concerning Suzy and her very famous boyfriendLee Min Ho.
Late last year, there werea lot of rumorssaying the two stars were broken up, but they quickly squelched the false reports. Ever since the couple wereconfirmed to be datingin March of 2015, there have been avariety of responsesand not all of them were positive.
Suzy has been fighting malicious netizens since November of 2014 when she received constant negative comments on her SNS.
