Sources say that the SBS drama "Saimdang, the Herstory" will broadcast in January next year.

The drama was initially thought to be seen on weekends but that changed to Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Therefore, "Saimdang, the Herstory" will have higher viewing percentage as it's played on a weekday which guarantees more viewers. The drama also comes afterJeon Ji-hyeonandLee Min-ho's "The Legend of the Blue Sea".

"Saimdang, the Herstory" is a retold story of Saimdang Shin from the Joseon times.Lee Young-aeplays two roles: Seo Ji-yoon, a university professor and Saimdang.Song Seung-heonplays Lee Gyeom who only has eyes for Saimdang ever since the first day he laid eyes on her.
