"Scholar Who Walks the Night", Kim So-eun joined forces with Lee Soo-hyeok because of her 'dark ambition'

In the 8th episode of the MBC Wednesday-Thursday drama "Scholar Who Walks the Night" (written byJang Hyeon-joo; directed byLee Seong-joon), the reason behind why Choi Hye-Ryeong (Kim So-eun) joined forces with vampire and the personification of evil Gwi (Lee Soo-hyeok), was revealed.

In the episode, Gwi called Choi Hye-Ryeong to come in front of him and said, "You revealed yourself to Kim Sung-Yeol (Lee Joon-ki)? He should have been startled since you look exactly like his lover who threw her life away for him" and was amused by the turn of events.
