The MBC TV show "Section TV" released a list of celebrities who were born poor but became rich.

Won Binwas born to a farming family and he said he decided to become a celebrity to save his house. He went to Seoul on his own and did part time jobs until he landed a short role.

Hip-hop sensation Dokki also has an unwealthy past. He lived on the roof of his management way back then. Now he presents newly recruiting artists of his company with luxury watches.

Lee Hyoriwas also born poor to a barber but her success has created a whole new life for her family.Jeong Woo-seongeven quit school so that he could make money for his family.

Yoo Jae-seoksurvived a long time of no fame and was about to call it quits but currently, he earns 1.5 million per episode of a TV show and 600 million won for a commercial.
