Georgina Haigis an Australian film and television actress.
She graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2008. Since then, she has appeared in numerous Australian films and television series, including lead roles inRoad Kill,Wasted on the Young, andUnderbelly: A Tale of Two Cities. She appeared in the second series ofThe Elephant Princessin 2011.
In 2011, she was considered for the role of Andromeda in the 2012 filmWrath of the Titansalongside several other actresses.The part ultimately went to Rosamund Pike .Haig was also considered for the role of Gwen Stacy in the upcoming filmThe Amazing Spider-Man, but lost the part to Emma Stone .
In April 2012, Haig made a guest appearance on the American FOX science-fiction seriesFringe, as Henrietta "Etta" Bishop. The role is potentially recurring.
