 Min KyungHoon's Career

Audition-related and trainee daysedit

During his childhood, Min never thought of being an entertainer.[citation needed]His dream was to become a professional gamer.[citation needed]During his third year of high school, he was recommended to audition for a company.[citation needed]Min went to the audition without thinking seriously about it.[citation needed]The company heard him sing and like him to make a side agreement.[citation needed]

Min worked in a group of people who liked to sing during his high school days.[citation needed]When Min was younger, he realized that being a singer who sang in the cafe near Han River suited him better rather than becoming a famous celebrity.[citation needed]Then, at the recommendation of his school friend, He auditioned for AYON Entertainment, (Buzz's first agency) in a karaoke room.[citation needed]He then recorded songs under the same agency and became a singer.[citation needed]

He signed a contract with a company in late spring, 2002, and gave up sports and school to focus on singing.[citation needed]Min joined Buzz in June 2002, as a vocalist.[citation needed]Buzz's members practiced instruments together for two years.[citation needed]Min, having been added later, had to stay up all night and practice his vocals without a break.[citation needed]After underground activities, Buzz was able to make a official debut as a band one through their album "Morning Of Buzz".[citation needed]

2003-2007: Buzz activity daysedit

Buzz made their official debut with "Morning Of Buzz" on October 11, 2003.[citation needed]In their third album "Perfect", the song "Confusion about men" was well received.[citation needed]On May 17, 2007, Buzz disbanded temporarily due to the members' military service.[citation needed]Min was confirmed to continue solo activities while the members are serving the military.[citation needed]On June 2007, Buzz released their last single, "Love Is My Heart, Part 2".[citation needed]

2007-2012: Solo activityedit

Min released a solo album again with the advice of Buzz members and the solicitation of his former agency. In December 4, 2007, with album "Im · pres · sive" he made a solo debut. The album was not well praised and was not that popular. Until 2009, Min and Buzz took a hiatus. During the hiatus, he released the digital single, "Day," but it did not work out well.

On February 4, 2010, the mini album "Reunion" was announced officially. The title song "I Love You" is one of the most popular solo songs. Min released his digital single "It's Alright" (March 29, 2010) and the soap opera "My Life Is Beautiful" OST <My Eternal Love>, but there was no follow-up activity. In October and November 2010, he participated as a guest vocalist by singing his digital single "Wounded" and "Buzz 2" album "Fuzz-Buzz".

On June 27, 2011, he released His 2nd album "Excursion", but he did not see any big success. It was an album that had a lot of new attempts such as changing the existing songs of Min’s rock ballad. However, Shin Jung-hwan's controversy about the gambling in the Philippines and the controversy over the entry of MC Mong that involved him had an adverse effect on the album promotion. Because of the controversy, the existing fan base left the fandom and the sales was lower than the previous album.

2012-2013: Military lifeedit

In March 6, 2012 after his Digital single "coming back" he suddenly went for military service. Considering he was 29, which is the marginal age for support for active duty in military, he had to go to the military.

He joined the Uijeongbu 306 supporters and served for 21 months. He conveyed a message to his fans through his agency saying, 'I wanted to be quiet and I am sorry to inform you of the sudden enlistment, and I will be doing well.' While Min was serving in the military band, he performed military band performances and concert train performances. He noticed many soldiers liked him and knew him and realized that he had many male fans. On December 5th, 2013, Min finished his military service and fans and Buzz members gathered and congratulated him.

2014-present: Buzz re-union and variety showedit

Because of the solo activities, the possibility of reunion was opened, and Min's picnic concert showed a positive response to the reunion of Buzz, including performing with Buzz members.[citation needed]On April 8, 2014, Min returned to Buzz's vocals after being discharged from military.[citation needed]

The digital single "Summer of the Eight Years" and "Train" did not react well, but the event was hot to Buzz.[citation needed]On November 26, 2014, Buzz's 4th album "Memorize" was released.[citation needed]

, as a cast member along with comedians Kang Ho-dong and Lee Soo-geun .
