Spica( Hangul :스피카, stylized asSPICA) is a five-member South Korean girl group currently under B2M Entertainment. The group released "Potently"(독하게) followed by their official debut, "Russian Roulette".

Netizens were immediately impressed with each member and their respective pre-debut work.

Kim Bo Hyung was originally set to debut in 2NE1 ,and Park Narae was a contestant on the first season of Superstar K .

Promotions for "Russian Roulette" began two days later on M! Countdown.The lyrics of the song were later modified in order to meet MBC's broadcasting standards.

SPICA returned with their second EP titledLONELY, on November 21, promoting the title track of the same name working again with Sweetune who produced their debut trackRussian Roulette. Their first comeback stage was hold on November, 23 in Music Bank . They held the Goodbye Stage on January, 6 in Inkigayo.

2013: Jiwon collaboration with Baechigi, Spring Comebackedit source|edit

On their official YouTube channel, a video with member Jiwon was uploaded in which she stated that the group are planning to releases a new album in spring 2013. Member Joo Hyun also starred in the music video for Lee Hyori's single "Bad Girls" from her albumMonochrome.
