‘A Bittersweet Life’ to be remade in Hollywood

‘A Bittersweet Life‘ directed byKim Ji Woonand starringLee Byung Hunwill be remade in Hollywood.

One half of theHughes Brotherswho made ‘From Hell‘ and ‘The Book of Eli,’Alan Hughes, will be in charge of the remake according to deadline.com.  But it is still unknown who will star in the remake or the timetable for its production.

But back in 2009, there were rumors thatDenzel Washingtonwill play the lead role that Lee Byung Hun had in ‘A Bittersweet Life’, but those are the unconfirmed.

‘A Bittersweet Life’ is about a level-headed, intelligent perfectionist Sun Woo who opposes his boss Kang Sa Jang, who punishes those who break rule without reservation.
