Born in Seoul, a Korean-American 1.5-year-old, Lee Ki-hong migrated to New Zealand and immigrated to Los Angeles, graduating from UC Berkeley.

Lee Ki-hong, who has been criticized for starring Minho in the Hollywood movie 'Maizuru Runner', was selected as People 's 4th sexy man in the world by People magazine.

On the day of the broadcast, Lee Ki-hong said, "I am dining with the members of the deacon deity," said his wife, Choi Ha-young, who married three years ago.

When asked "Is it your first love," Lee smiled and said "Um," and said, "My first love is basketball."

"I was a friend from my elementary school with my wife, but after graduating from college, I got married after marriage," she said.

"I was married without worrying when the Maizuru runner was popular after it opened," said Lee Ki-hong.

When asked why he decided to marry, Lee smiled and said, "Since (your wife) has known me since I was a child, I knew I was not famous,

Lee also said his philosophy about his name. He replied, "Because it is my name given by my parents" for the reason not to work in English name.

"Everyone knows that famous writers and composers in history are difficult to name, and I was impressed by the fact that I wrote Korean names so that when I worked hard, people would call me even if it was difficult to pronounce my name."

"I think changing the name to English in the United States is losing its identity," he said. "Of course, I do not think it's bad for someone to change their name."

"I think Korean people think too much about Hollywood, I think they are similar, Korean movies, actors and idols are wonderful," he said modestly.
