IU will release her new song “Peach” on May 4th
On May 3rd, Korean singer IU released the teaser
video for her new song, “Peach,” which is scheduled to be released on May 4th.
IU’s agency, Loen Entertainment, released the teaser video
of IU writing her self-written song, “Peach,” through their official YouTube
channel and other music sites, such as Melon.
In the teaser video, IU is in comfortable outfits, without
any makeup on, and is playing the guitar. She is making the melody of the song
by humming, and writing a lyric to it. The last cut of the teaser video shows
her self-drawn peach.
Cho Young Chul, who is producing the album for IU, posted on
his twitter on May 2nd that “If the songs written by IU used to be ‘sad
IU,’ this new song is like ‘fluttering of the heart.’ It is a sweet love song
and more personal. Is she dating these days?”
The new album will be released this coming November.
