A representative fromSBSrevealed, "Kang Ho Dong has been confirmed to return on 'Star King'." Kang Ho Dong's return to Star King has been in discussion ever since the announcement that he will be returning to the TV entertainment scene.

The exact date of his comeback hasn't been revealed but it was also reported that when Kang Ho Dong returns, 'Star King' is planning to rearrange the format of the show, and also making a switch of the main PD.
