Figure skating queen Kim Yu-na is set to return to the ice after her nine-month sabbatical from competitions and performances with a new gala program in May, according to her management agency.

The 2010 Vancouver Games medalist will perform her new routines in "E1 All That Skate Spring 2012" for three days from May 4 on the rink at Olympic Park in Seoul, AT Sports said on Monday.

The last time Kim staged an ice show in Korea was to celebrate Pyeongchang winning its bid to host the 2018 Olympic Games last August.

The ice show will feature a star-studded cast. Mr. Lysacek of the U.S., the 2010 Olympic gold medalist in the men's singles figure skating event, will be Kim's partner. This marks the first time they have skated together since they both medaled two years ago at the Olympic Games.

Reigning world champion Patrick Chan of Canada, and European champion Carolina Kostner of Italy, have also been invited. Promising Korean talents Kwak Min-jung, Kim Hae-jin and Kim Jin-seo will also be part of the ice show.
