Nam Gyu Ri To Make Cameo Alongside So Ji Sub In “Terius Behind Me”

Nam Gyu Ri will make a special guest appearance on “Terius Behind Me.”

On tonight’s (October 4) episode, Nam Gyu Ri will appear on screen with So Ji Sub as she plays the role of Choi Yeon Kyung, a nuclear scientist from North Korea.

MBC’s “Terius Behind Me” filmed at Lazienki Park in Warsaw, Poland at the end of June for eight days. This location is rarely featured in dramas so it was no surprise that it gained a lot of attention when it was shown last week. In the episode, the park was the backdrop for when Kim Bon (played by So Ji Sub) meets Choi Yeon Kyung. Viewers will learn about their sad past as lovers in the coming episode.

After filming in Poland, director Park Sang Hoon and the staff presented Nam Gyu Ri with a bouquet of flowers to thank her. In response, she said, “Thank you for giving me a great role — a role that I have been wanting to do. I hope my portrayal can be of small support to the drama.” Reflecting on her time in Poland, she stated, “It’s my first time visiting Poland. I was able to see the sky a lot and experience nature while filming. The laid back attitude of the Polish people will stick with me.”

“Terius Behind Me” — a story between a once legendary black ops agent and a regular mom who gets caught up in the spy world — has recorded top viewership ratings at 10.2% amongst the Wednesday-Thursday dramas.

Episodes seven and eight air tonight at 10 p.m. KST.
