Overview
The film is adapted from the novel of the same name by Akira Masamune. The story takes place in 2020 during the pandemic when the Prime Minister suddenly dies. Faced with an unprecedented crisis, the government's ultimate measure is to "use AI to revive the great figures of history and form the strongest cabinet.".
